The CD Replication process starts when we receive the Master CD, Artwork, and proper IRMA authorization to replicate said material. We create a "Glass Master" from your master CD and then using a complicated inkjet technology press the data onto melted polycarbonate thus forming a plastic disc. After a metallization process, the new CDROMs are Screen Printed and then packaged to your specifications. The "Turn Time" to create a finished product depends upon your requirements. The standard turn time is 7-9 business days for bulk orders. With "Rush Charges", we can reduce the turn times to as fast as one business day! In house shaped CD replication!! We can replicate and make different shaped CD's to give you many different options. We create shaped CDs in any "Continuous Shape" by hydro-cutting a standard CD. Hydro-cutting adds 2-3 business days to the turn time of your cd replication order and is available in several sizes and shapes.
