Arcube Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in the Isle of Man under registered number 135098C, whose registered office is at Angel Falls, Strang Road, Union Mills, IM4 4NL, Isle Of Man ("we" or "us"). We operate a service through the Arcube software platform (our "Platform"), which you may access through the Arcube website or through the websites and other communications of our airline partners.
Through the Arcube Platform, our airline partners' customers are offered relevant products and services from our ancillary suppliers ("Ancillary Suppliers"). Arcube allows its airline partners' customers, like you ("you", "your"), to receive relevant promotions from Ancillary Suppliers to assist you with preparing for your upcoming trip (our "Services"). Arcube is an authorised reseller on behalf of the Ancillary Suppliers for the Services listed and sold by us.

Whether you use our Services or not, your purchase of the airline's products or services will not be affected in any way.
If you wish to contract with one or more Ancillary Suppliers through our Platform, You must accept these Legal Notices and follow the instructions provided to you to enter into a contract with the Ancillary Supplier.
Once you have purchased a product or service from the Ancillary Supplier, the contract for the provision of such products and services will be between you and the Ancillary Supplier. We may collect payment for the product or service on behalf of the Ancillary Supplier, however, we do not participate in the production, distribution or provision of any of the Ancillary Suppliers' products or services, and we have no liability or legal obligation to you in respect of the same.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our Platform (including logos, illustrations, text and videos) belong to us or our licensors. Unless we say otherwise, all rights are reserved. If you're in any doubt about whether you can use anything on our website, please contact us for clarification.
